Curriculum
Students of Design I are introduced to graphic design through visual problem solving for the purpose of communication. This hands-on studio course is project based, and focuses on a variety of electronic imaging forms. Students of this course will expand their skills and techniques in digital photography and image processing for digital printing, video, and computer animation. Innovation and experimentation are highly encouraged. Issues in art theory, history, and practice are discussed in relation to this emerging medium.
