Today, art can be many things. It can be about the very nature of communication, it can question the notion of how art is defined, or it can be about the pleasure of pure aethetics. Our program offers students a chance to explore what art actually means to them on a personal level. Throughout the course of study in the studio art department, students are taught from both a traditional academic perspective and from an unconventional approach that evokes questions about the nature and purpose of art. The ultimate goal of our program is to instill unimpeded creativity, a willingness to take risks, and a desire to question everything.
